Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and pack them securely inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
